Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces across all styles and sizes combined. For a single style (e.g., polo t-shirts), minimum is 500 pieces. You can mix colors and sizes within the order. For first-time clients, we recommend starting with 500-1,000 pieces to test quality and fit before scaling to larger orders.

We manufacture polo t-shirts (cotton pique, jersey, honeycomb), crew neck t-shirts, V-neck t-shirts, dry-fit performance tees, henley t-shirts, full-sleeve t-shirts, and raglan t-shirts. All styles are available in custom colors, fabrics, and sizes with your branding. We also manufacture oversized fits, slim fits, and regular fits based on your requirements.

We offer logo embroidery (up to 15 colors, chest/sleeve/back placement), screen printing (up to 6 colors), sublimation printing (unlimited colors, all-over designs), heat transfer for complex gradients, and digital printing. Additional branding: custom woven labels, care labels, hang tags, and branded packaging. Pantone-referenced colour matching on thread and applicable print methods is standard for all orders.

Cotton (180-220 GSM single jersey for crew necks), poly-cotton 60/40 blend (180-200 GSM for durability), 100% polyester dry-fit (140-160 GSM for moisture wicking), cotton pique (220-240 GSM for polos), CVC - chief value cotton (170-200 GSM for softness), and bamboo blends (eco-friendly option). All fabrics are pre-shrunk, colorfast, and tested for 50+ wash cycles.

Standard production takes 15-20 working days from order confirmation and sample approval. Repeat orders with existing patterns can be delivered in 10-12 working days. Rush orders (7-10 days) available at 10-15% premium for standard fabrics. International shipping adds 5-10 business days depending on destination.

Our pricing is tiered: 500-999 pieces at standard pricing (from Rs.250/pc for crew necks), 1,000-4,999 pieces at 5-8% discount with priority production, 5,000-9,999 pieces at 10-15% discount with dedicated production line and account manager, 10,000+ pieces at custom pricing with annual contract benefits including inventory management and scheduled deliveries.

Yes. We offer complete OEM and private label t-shirt manufacturing. This includes manufacturing t-shirts with your brand labels, care labels, hang tags, and custom packaging. You own the brand; we handle production. We work with 50+ private label brands in India and internationally. MOQ for private label starts at 500 pieces.
